Job Summary
PROPKARMAA is looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Team Leader – Sales (Real Estate)
to lead a team of sales executives, drive site visits, and ensure consistent closures across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives
- Achieve team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions
- Guide the team on client handling, negotiations, and deal closures
- Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Ensure proper CRM updates and MIS reporting
- Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams
- Drive site visits, bookings, and documentation coordination
- Maintain discipline, performance standards, and team productivity
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales and team handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Target-driven mindset with hands-on execution
- Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales processes
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or Sr. Sales Executive preferred
