Job Roles & Responsibilities Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans Lead employment branding initiatives Ensure closures of all Niche CSA requirements within TAT Sourcing through Job portals, head hunting, and references Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Supervise recruiting personnel Interviewing and closing the positions as per specifications within the stipulated timelines. Verifying duly authorized and accurately filled requisition with actual Budgeted manpower matrix. Assisting in joining formalities after selection of candidates. Preparing monthly reports Candidate Requirements Proven experience in Talent acquisition Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases Excellent communicator Strong Analytical ability Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel Preferred qualification - MBA in Human resources or relevant field Overall Experience- Minimum 3 years
