Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Real Estate Sales to lead, mentor, and drive the sales team toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. The Team Leader will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management to maximize revenue generation. The Team Leader will be providing regular training to the team members, reviewing the performance monthly, quarterly & annually to increase the sales & revenue generation. Positions : Team Leader Real Estate Sales Package : Fixed Salary (Negotiable) + Variable Pay + Performance Pay + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance Job Location : Sector 90 Noida, Zirakpur. Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Management Lead a team of real estate sales professionals. Set team targets, track performance, and encourage the team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Provide training, guidance and regular performance feedback to the team members. Monitor daily activities and maintain team discipline and productivity. Sales & Revenue Generation Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on the real estate industry trends. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Close sales deals and assist the team in handling clients. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee client meetings, site visits, and property presentations. Reporting & Coordination Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management on monthly, quarterly & annually basis. Coordinate with sales, CRM, and back-office teams to ensure smooth operations. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events. Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a team leader or manager role. 3. Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 6. Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
