Job Title: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales Location: Noida Sector 142 Company: PROPKARMAA PVT LTD Job Description: PROPKARMAA PVT LTD is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead and manage our sales team in Noida Sector 142 . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, leadership experience, and the ability to drive a team toward achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation. Guide team members on effective sales techniques, client handling, and negotiation skills. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing training and motivation as needed. Conduct regular meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders. Assist in closing high-value property deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years in real estate sales , with at least 1 year in a leadership role . Education: Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred). Skills: Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
