Job Description: Team Leader (Project Management Specialist) Required Skill Competencies Graduate Civil Engineering/Planner or equivalent with 21+ Years experience in Tourism Infrastructure/ Urban Infrastructure Sector or Masters in Civil Engineering/Planner or Equivalent (Related to Civil Engineering only) with at least 12+ Years of experience in Urban/ Tourism Infrastructure Sector. Experience as Team Leader of at least 3-5 urban/ Tourism sector flagship programs of GoI. He /she should have experience in working in Himalayan region/ state. Extensive multilateral / Overseas funded projects experience of at least 4 or more projects. Education Criteria With Graduation in Civil Engineering/Planner or equivalent, 21+ Years of experience is required With Masters in civil engineering/Planner or Equivalent (Related to Civil Engineering only),12+ Years of experience is required Role & Responsibilities Coordinate with the design team for timely deliverables, overall project administration and contract management; • Plan for the site, activity scheduling; • Designs for all elements (including working drawings); • Estimates in consultation the conservation specialists and the archaeologist; • Associated bidding documents, assist PIU/ PMU in bidding procedures including invitation of bids, bid evaluation, and awards of contract for all the project component; and • Assist PIU/PMU with overall management of works and in the resolution of contractual issues and preparation of as-built drawings for all components. Location Shimla Preferred Notice Period - Up to 60 days will be preferred. Mandatory Requirements Experience as Team Leader of at least 3-5 urban/ Tourism sector flagship programs of GoI.
