We provide electric rental vehicles to riders and businesses, enabling sustainable delivery operations across the country. Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Team Lead (Rider Hiring & Operations) who will be responsible for hiring riders, onboarding them with Zypp rental EVs, ensuring daily attendance, and managing rider performance across multiple client platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, recruit, and onboard delivery riders for B2B & B2C clients Explain rental vehicle model, payout structure, and onboarding documents to riders Manage daily rider attendance, shift schedules, and deployment across client platforms Ensure fleet utilization and availability of sufficient rider count per demand Resolve rider queries regarding payouts, attendance, app issues, or vehicle usage Track rider performance metrics such as login time, delivery count, productivity, and attendance Coordinate with operations managers, fleet teams, and client representatives Maintain daily hiring reports, attendance data, and performance trackers Achieve weekly hiring and operational productivity targets Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–4 years experience in rider hiring, field operations, logistics, or fleet management Experience with delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Blinkit, etc.) is a strong advantage Strong people management and communication skills Ability to meet hiring targets and drive rider performance Knowledge of excel basic reporting (attendance sheet, payout sheet etc.) Comfortable working in a fast-paced on-ground operational environment
