Team Leader - Operations

We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented Team Leader – Operations to manage a team and ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in supervising teams, and the ability to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of all members to achieve operational targets.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion with quality standards.
• Operations Oversight:
• Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure smooth workflow and process adherence.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track team KPIs and generate performance reports.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze current workflows and suggest process enhancements.
• Implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce turnaround time.
• Client/Stakeholder Coordination:
• Act as a point of contact between the operations team and clients/internal departments.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are consistently met.
• Training & Development:
• Train new team members and ensure skill upgrades for existing staff.
• Organize team briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Conduct audits to maintain process accuracy and consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
