Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in customer service, operations management, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
Deliver professional responsibilities focusing on excellence and operational efficiency.
Supervise less experienced professionals, providing guidance and expertise.
Analyze and resolve complex customer issues via phone, online chat, or text.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.
Provide technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center.

Job Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO operations.
Experience in managing teams and supervising work of less experienced professionals.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Familiarity with sales targets and achievement metrics.
