Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Operations to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and operations management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of customer support agents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience.
Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a customer-facing environment.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and other operational tools.
