Sales & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant loans. Drive cross-selling of financial products to existing merchant base. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Resolve merchant queries and issues promptly. Credit Assessment & Documentation: Collect and verify KYC documents, bank statements, and financial data. Coordinate with credit and risk teams for loan processing and approvals. Market Intelligence: Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to product and credit teams for continuous improvement.
