KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in
EPC & Manufacturing hiring

Manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
from sourcing to onboarding ensuring timely and quality closures.
Build and maintain strong
client relationships
, understanding hiring needs and delivering results.
Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and events to source
top-notch candidates

Ensure
quality hiring
by assessing technical and behavioral fit.

REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years of experience
in recruitment, with a strong focus on EPC & Manufacturing.
Deep understanding of industry roles, skills, and current hiring trends.
Proficient in using
ATS & recruitment tools

stakeholder management
and client-handling skills.
Proven track record of
team leadership and performance management

Excellent
