Should have Exp in BPO Outbound Sales Process. (life & Health Insurance Tele-Calling process).Should be able to drive a team of 10 Tele-callers. Should have experience in team building, nurturing and coaching. Strategize and drive a team for MoM target achievement & able to drive monthly P&L. Oversee day-to-day teams performance & productivity (DRR, Target vs Achievement) aligns with target. Should be able to meet HNI customer and close the deal. Regular performance evaluation & take decision/action basis performance of the team. Should have knowledge about Dialer and Data Management. Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere. Ensuring quality of business and persistency. Desired Candidate Profile Should have good communication and convincing skills. Should have good product knowledge of Life & Health Insurance Industry. Should have good team handling skill and should be from Insurance background. Should be open to work in target oriented environment.
