Summary: Primary objective is to supervise and manage cash pick up vendors to deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify gaps and fix them. Job Responsibilities: Manage motivate team/vendors. Manage cash pick process for assigned vendors. Ensure FOS are delivering individual targets, SLA KPI - visits, resolution FPC. Maximize Productivity by increasing visits, repeated visits, FPC Reso. Reviewing, doing parallel visits, Coaching and Feedback, Bottom Quartile Management, Target settings, monthly one on ones, analyzing relevant reports, making reports and reporting to management on areas of improvement. To support in recruiting (final rounds), developing and supporting a team delivering front line to ensure targets are met regularly. Reviewing Attrition, Shrinkage, Roster management. Basic understanding of field strategies. Desired Profile: 3+ years exp overall experience in field collections - pick up unit. Must have exposure to geographical areas on field. Has knowledge about vendor management. Has knowledge about Shrinkage, Attrition, Quality, Feedback and coaching, resolutions, roll backs.
