Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Dehradun for a Team Leader - Food and Beverage Service. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service, managing resources, and maintaining service standards. The role requires fostering teamwork, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and supporting high-quality dining experiences.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage operations and resources efficiently.
• Exceptional Customer Service experience to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, support, and motivate the team.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
• An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
