Title: Team Leader : Flow Chemistry Level : Deputy Manager Employer : Pharma API / Crop Protection Location : Pune Experience: 8 Years to 12 Years Qualification : BE/ B.Tech - Chemical Engg Those working in API / Intermediates / Agro Chem / Specialty Chemicals are only Elgible. Working in CDMO / CRO / CRAMs is desirable. Transport : Yes 2nd / 4th Saturdays are only off (Apart from Sundays) Those working at R&D Centres are only eligible. Role: Design and convert Batch processes to Continuous flow process. Number of Projects Delivered at Kilo Lab / Pilot Plant Level Number of Projects delivered upto Commercialisation / Industrialisation Stage To work on Process Intensification of existing Batch processes to make it safer and cost effective. Work on constant improvement on technologies in Manufacturing and R&D To be responsible for development of Green chemistry and sustainable development at Research centre. To develop continuous processes for APIs/ Crop / CDMO. Product Life cycle Management. To ensures operational safety and efficiency, related quality/regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
