With a team strength of over 350 employees and 500+ associates, Finance Buddha has established partnerships with 15 banks/FIs and handles all activities internally from lead generation to closure. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role located in Noida at Finance Buddha. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and motivating team members, setting team goals, providing guidance, training, and support to team members, and ensuring team performance meets organizational standards.
