Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Regenta SGS GreeNote - l, responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Service department. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the Food and Beverage Service department.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality and presentation.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
