Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Content Moderation, located in Gurugram. The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the content moderation team, ensuring that all content aligns with company guidelines. Responsibilities include managing and supporting team members, handling escalations, coordinating with other departments, and reporting performance metrics. The Team Leader will also be involved in creating content management strategies and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
