About the Role:

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Call Centre Executives (CCEs) to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage rosters, attendance, and workflow to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.
  • Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English and Hindi (read/write/speak)

  • Minimum

    4 years of experience

    in BPO, Call Centre, or Tech Helpdesk operations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
