Team Leader

Role: Team LeaderExperience: Minimum 5 Years

Summary:

A Team leader provides guidance and instruction to a working group about a project or portfolio of projects. They are in charge of delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed. Team leads often serve as de-facto mentors for the team.

Role & Responsibility:

· An IT team leader typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

· Providing training to is subordinates on new technology as needed to ensure everyone on the team is comfortable with the latest tools and processes.

· Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that work assigned are completed on time

· Developing and implementing new technology solutions of the applications as needed

· Establishing and enforcing rules and policies for the department or company as a whole

· Reviewing employee performance report to identify areas of weakness that need improvement

· Identify and addressing security vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, and ensuring the sensitive data is protected.

· Identify potential risks and taking steps to mitigate security risks. They must also have a contingency plan in place in case something goes wrong

· Reporting: The Team Leader must provide regular reports on project progress, budget status, and other key metrics to senior management and other stakeholders. They must also provide timely updates on any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.

· Assist project manager in all project related activities including day to day communication, documentation, management.

Qualification:

· BE Computer Science/B. Tech Computer Science/MCA/MSc. (lT)

· Knowledge of Dot Net Technologies (programming in VB and C++), HTML, Java Script, CSS, SQL, PostgeSQL.

· Team Leader should have knowledge of sharing data through latest as well as in old technologies e.g, XML as well as JSON via API or Web service. Knowledge of API technologies like REST, SOAP, RPC.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
