Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets through cold calling, lead generation, and business development. Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers in the BFSI sector. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, credit card sales, or related fields. Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, sales, business development, and relationship management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong rapport with clients at all levels.
