Team Leader/ Assistant Manager - Inside Sales

As a Team Leader/Assistant Manager in Inside Sales, your role involves leading a team and driving sales initiatives. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and motivating a team of inside sales representatives - Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met - Monitoring team performance and providing feedback - Implementing sales strategies to achieve targets - Handling escalations and resolving customer issues effectively To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: - Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as a Team Leader/AM in inside sales - Total work experience should not exceed 6 years - Graduates with proficiency in Kannada (Mother tongue), another South Indian language, and English - Excellent communication skills in English - Demonstrated track record with a DRR of at least 1.5/2 Lac Please note that the company operates during day shifts with one rotational off.
