Job Description

Lead and manage the AR team and Credentials team to ensure timely follow-ups and collections. Monitor outstanding claims, resolve denials, and optimize cash flow. Communicate with clients and insurance companies to address escalations. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines. Track team performance, generate reports, and implement process improvements. Train and mentor team members to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Candidate must possess experience as TL on paper for atleast One year. Open for Noida/ WFO
