Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
Monitor and evaluate team member performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with CRM software and technology, including telephony systems.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
