Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and IT-enabled services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
