Team Leader-Acquisition

Role Overview: As an Acquisition Team Leader in the Retail Liabilities department at the company, your main responsibility will be to develop new and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities. You will play a key role in sourcing new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with cross-selling bank products to the existing set of Branch customers and informing them about new products or enhancements to further strengthen the banking relationship. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities - Source new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels - Cross-sell bank products to the existing set of Branch customers - Inform customers of new products or product enhancements - Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients - Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products - Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts - Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Customer orientation and high energy - Drive AMFI / IRDA certification is preferred - Graduates / Post Graduates with 3-5 years of experience with a relevant sales team (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
