Team Lead - Website Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Web Ops executives.
• Set priorities, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all website updates and deployments.
• Build and maintain SOPs for website operations, QA, and release cycles.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and skill-building sessions.

Website Management & Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Shopify and Magento websites.
• Monitoring key site metrics including ATC, CTR (banners), Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV etc.
• Ensuring the web & app are kept up to date with; correct offers, updated banners, new in products/brands,

regularly updated category pages.

• Doing extensive research, A/B tests & competitive analysis in the areas of product assortment, pricing

strategy, promotion strategy, placement & positioning on the platform

• Using analytics to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure

performance & define strategy

• Monitoring conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary.

Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with Tech/product teams to resolve bugs, implement features, and optimize the platform.
• Ensure SEO hygieneredirects, metadata, URL structures, and page-level optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience (4 yrs+) in website operations with an agency/ D2C brand/ E-Commerce platform

- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills

- Exposure to SEO best practices and CRO tools.
