🔹 Role Overview

Team Lead – Sales

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales executives
Monitor daily KPIs, track performance, and ensure target achievement
Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups
Support sales closures and handle customer escalations
Train and guide team members on scripts, product knowledge, and CRM usage
Maintain reporting dashboards and coordinate with marketing & operations

🔹 What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Inside Sales / BFSI
Must have prior experience in handling a sales team
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to motivate the team and work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
