Job Requisition: Team Lead Software Developer Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead Software Developer to oversee a development squad focused on creating innovative design automation solutions for the Architecture, Engineering and Sciences industry The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, integration of design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit, team leadership, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the team through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions by designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software products using Dot Net C#, Azure Cloud, Angular, and web design within a microservice and TDD environment Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, focusing on web applications using best UI/UX practices Leadership: Minium of 3+ years of experience leading a small software development team Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure Cloud, C#, Dot Net (8+), Dot Net Framework, Angular (16+), Python (3 9+), and relational databases Domain Knowledge: Experience with AEC-specific development (Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD APIs) DevOps: Proficiency in DevOps supporting tools, such as Azure DevOps, Atlassian, and GitHub Copilot Mentoring: Proven ability to educate and mentor other team members and stakeholders in software development best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization is a plus Experience in leading and implementing software development architecture Azure certifications Experience with Autodesk Platform Services (APS) APIs is a plus Experience with microservices architecture and TDD Primary Location: India | Pune Organization: Stantec IN Business Unit Employee Status: Regular Job Level: Nonmanager Travel: No Schedule: Full time Job Posting: 03/02/2025 08:02:21 Req ID: 1000703
