Responsibilities Customer handling in order to resolve cases and minimize PTP given by convincing them. Responsible for Minimum 85% POS resolution on cases allocated in 0-90 DPD. Responsible for Min. 50% of POS resolution in 91-180 DPD with the help of team Responsible for Min. 20% roll-back Responsible for normalizing case via roll backs Responsible for depositing cash collected on or before deadline to get rid of short cash Reporting of all the cases resolved every day with concerned reporting manager Daily visit status update on system
