The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the design and development of EV Chargers and DC-DC Converters, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of electric mobility. The position is based in Hyderabad, India. Responsibilities: 1. Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the R&D department. Provide strategic direction for the development of cutting-edge EV Chargers and DC-DC Converters. 2. Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to production. Drive innovation in design, functionality, and performance of EV Chargers and DC-DC Converters. – Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 3. Technical Expertise: – Leverage a deep understanding of power electronics to guide the team in developing high-quality products. – Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in electric vehicle components.
