Job Role - Team Lead Process - Property and Casualty Insurance Experience Required : Overall 5-10 years of experience in Team Leading Should have knowledge of all Team Leading activities like (Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA management, Team handling, KPI etc.) Should have worked in Insurance process (Property and Casualty, Personal Lines ) Should be flexible to work in any shifts. Eligibility criteria - 15 years full time education (No Correspondence). Excellent communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
