The Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, manage team performance, and ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and addressing any issues or conflicts that arise. The Team Lead will also be responsible for reporting progress to upper management and participating in team meetings to strategize future goals.
