Job Description

Responsible for managing and guiding the outbound sales team. This includes setting goals, providing training and coaching, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring the teams overall productivity and effectiveness.
Work closely with the sales management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Help define target markets, identify potential leads, and establish sales targets and quotas for the team.
Monitor the performance of individual team members and the team as a whole. Track
key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generated.
Provide feedback and implement strategies to improve performance.
Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
Conduct regular sales training sessions, share best practices, and help team
members improve their sales skills and techniques.
Continuously evaluates and enhances the outbound sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement sales tools and technologies to improve productivity.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and present insights and recommendations to the higher management.
