Roles and Responsibilities Coach and mentor team members to improve their communication skills, productivity, and customer service standards. Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient call handling and meeting performance targets. Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge on products, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills with ability to coach and motivate a team. 3-8 years of experience in domestic BPO or voice process operations. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams effectively. Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts.
