Job Description: The Team Lead - Account Executives will lead a high-performing team focused on reactivating and growing client accounts across digital marketing channels. This role is pivotal in delivering revenue goals, guiding consultative sales strategies, and coaching Account Executives in outbound and strategic re-engagement practices. The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership skills, experience in a fast-paced digital sales environment, and a proven record of scaling customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and lead a team of Account Executives to execute reactivation strategies and meet revenue targets. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and quality of outreach. Conduct regular performance reviews with feedback-driven development. Sales Strategy Implementation: Align team execution with strategic sales motions to drive client growth and reactivation. Operational Excellence: Guide prioritization of tasks, review outreach strategies, and ensure adherence to cadence and SLAs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with onboarding, analytics, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client transitions and support. Reporting Insights: Analyze team data and present actionable insights to drive continual improvement and revenue outcomes. Skill Development: Ensure upskilling of team members in consultative selling, technical tools, and market intelligence. Required Qualifications: Experience: 5-6 years in B2B digital marketing sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Sales Acumen: Proven success in high-volume sales environments with full-funnel ownership and performance optimization. Leadership Coaching: Strong people management skills, with the ability to develop talent and foster a collaborative culture. Tech Expertise: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce; adept with digital prospecting tools and client reporting platforms. Adaptability: Confident in managing ambiguity and driving results in a dynamic environment. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication in English. Key Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business or a related field. History of exceeding sales quotas and building scalable sales processes. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Deep knowledge of B2B marketing channels and industry trends.
