Job Description

The purpose of the role is to ensure timely production of parts as per the planning and directions of the production plan. Enhance the smooth flow of Production & meet out the schedule with the quality product. Ensure 100% safety in all activities at plant. Having good exposure of CNC, Conventional Machines with batch production system. Having knowledge of manufacturing processes, Tools / Equipment. Can define machining process, process flow chart for new development parts. Understanding & Control of CNC Machine programs Productivity improvement. Minimize rework / rejection. Ability to read Engineering Drawings Computer literate in ERP, MS office. Maintain proper Housekeeping in work area. Timely delivery of parts Identify non-conformities of parts & Root cause analysis for defect. Team: Part of Machine Shop, will handle different CNC Machines & all cell Activities Basic Qualifications: Diploma/ BE Mechanical Engineer Minimum 5Years of experience in Production department
