Team Lead Java Development

As a Lead Developer at our company located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust backend services and microservices using Java (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud). You will be responsible for architecting and deploying serverless and containerized applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, CloudFormation) and implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure smooth deployment automation. Your role will also involve integrating APIs, databases, and cloud services to deliver scalable and secure solutions, conducting code reviews, debugging, and system performance optimization. Additionally, you will work closely with DevOps, Frontend, and QA teams for end-to-end product delivery and contribute to system architecture design and AWS-based deployment strategies. Mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices will also be a part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop robust backend services and microservices using Java (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud). - Architect and deploy serverless and containerized applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, CloudFormation). - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring smooth deployment automation. - Experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless applications. - Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code following clean coding principles. - Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services to deliver scalable and secure solutions. - Conduct code reviews, debugging, and system performance optimization. - Work closely with DevOps, Frontend, and QA teams for end-to-end product delivery. - Contribute to system architecture design and AWS-based deployment strategies. - Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Java backend development. - Proven experience with Spring Boot, AWS services, and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
