• Field Force Operations team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence for Sandoz Business Units / Commercial Excellence teams worldwide. • The Incentive Calculations team will support Incentive Calculations administration, design and governance for Sandoz field force through data driven analytics, and functional & technical expertise.• Team Lead would be responsible for leading a team of associates (internal and external), stakeholder engagements, resource management, improvement initiatives and ensure quality of support.• Co-lead Incentive processes and operations governance with the regional stakeholders• Facilitate data enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal stakeholders by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.• Identify and implement best-in-industry technologies/solutions for IC work• Contribute to FFO teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on- boarding and training support.• Enable standardization of processes through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Leading and delivering Incentive Operations using Javelin/ Zaidyn Reporting ensuring adherence to regional processes, timelines and quality objectives and driving good stakeholder feedback.
  • Leading team of people and managing their developmental aspirations and performance in line with organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Ensuring delivery of efficient and high-quality deliverables through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Promotes synergy and best practice sharing among team members. Ensuring exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and stakeholders through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events
  • Manage process flows and quality checklists that will enable excellent quality deliverables within the function. Developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc. 
  • Lead on-boarding of new associates within the organization. Conduct and contribute to various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function.
  • Co-lead operational governance with organizational regional and country leadership.
  • Comply to all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements.

What you'll bring to the role:

Minimum Requirements:

Work Experience:

  • Experience (8+ years) in Incentive Calculations, commercial execution/ design/ management consulting or pharmaceutical company
  • Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
  • Experience in leading project teams
  • Proven track record of delivery analytics, SFE and insights for field excellence and/or data enabled solutions
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making
  • Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
  • Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
  • Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
  • Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
