Job Title: Team Lead – Immigration Services Location: Delhi, Subhash Nagar Industry: Immigration Services Department: Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead with experience in the immigration industry to lead our sales team, drive performance, and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration products (such as PR, study abroad, work visas), and a proven track record in sales and team development. Key Responsibilities: · Sales Leadership: o Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants to exceed targets. o Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback. · Business Development: o Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. o Assist the team in closing high-value or complex sales deals. o Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively. · Client Management: o Support clients throughout the sales and immigration process, ensuring high satisfaction. o Resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally. · Training & Onboarding: o Train new sales team members on products, sales techniques, and compliance. o Keep the team updated on changes in immigration laws, processes, and visa requirements. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). · 4–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within immigration or work visa consultancy. · Strong understanding of immigration processes (e.g., Canada/UK/Australia PR, study visas, work permits). · Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. · Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: · Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Empathy and ability to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds. · Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. · Multilingual abilities (a plus).
