Team Lead II - Full Stack Development

Role Overview: You will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs and web services. Your role will involve driving technical discussions, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to clean code practices and architecture standards. Additionally, you will work hands-on with technologies including Node.js, Nest.js, React/Next.js, and TypeScript. Your responsibilities will also include designing and optimizing relational and non-relational databases, ensuring adherence to operational processes, contributing to documentation standards, and collaborating with DevOps and Cloud teams for cloud readiness and performance optimization.
