Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Drive revenue growth by implementing sales strategies and best practices.
Ensure the team follows sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and upselling methods.
Analyse sales trends and provide insights to improve conversion rates.
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
Handle escalated customer queries and complaints effectively.
Monitor call quality and adherence to company sales guidelines.
Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track key performance metrics (conversion rates, call volumes, customer feedback, etc.).
Hands on knowledge of excel to work on team and process related data.
Ensure the team follows company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies.
Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, customer support) for seamless coordination.
