As a Full Stack Developer Team Lead at our rapidly growing eCommerce and IT solutions team, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, PHP, and MongoDB. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of full stack developers across various projects. - Architecting, designing, and developing robust web applications for our eCommerce platform and client IT solutions. - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. - Maintaining and optimizing existing applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Establishing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices. - Participating in sprint planning, task estimation, and progress tracking. - Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and evaluating their potential for adoption. The qualifications and skills required for this role are as follows: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Angular (v12+). - Hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks preferred). - Solid understanding and experience with MongoDB and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with MVC architecture, microservices, and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and lead code reviews. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Nice to have skills include exposure to cloud services like AWS or Azure, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket), and familiarity with additional frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
