Team Lead- Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications using React for the front-end and Node.js/Nest.js for the back-end. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building reusable, scalable, and high-performance components and services. - Integrating REST APIs / GraphQL to ensure smooth communication between systems. - Ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance. - Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers. - Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development. - Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript. - Strong expertise in back-end technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, and Nest.js. - Proficiency in working with databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum practices. - Experience with human workflow integration using jBPM, flowable, or similar tools is a plus. - Familiarity with LLM, Vector DB, and RAG is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
