This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Develop an understanding of the CRZ audit approach, methodology and tools.Interact with and respond to client requests professionally and responsively.Communicate information concisely and effectively, verbally and in writing.Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesExecute components of audit under remote service delivery model in an effective and efficient manner.Demonstrate maturity, poise and self‐confidence in managing self and dealing with colleagues.Participate in technical training, formal and on the job.Demonstrate the firm values of quality, integrity, innovation, collegiality, caring and collaboration.Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm

Financial Services Experience Preferred

Chartered Accountant, CPAStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as ProSystem FXExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
