Team Lead-Central Utility & ESG

As a Team Lead for Central Utility and ESG at Syngene International, your role will involve ensuring the safety of yourself, teams, and the plant by strictly adhering to safety protocols and EHS requirements in the workplace. Your responsibilities will also include: - Operating and maintaining utilities such as HT& LT switchgears, chillers, air compressors, Nitrogen plants, vacuum pumps, cooling towers, water systems, HVAC, etc to meet cGMP requirements. - Ensuring compliance with national and regional grid codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. - Managing qualification protocols and documentation practices for regulatory audits. - Demonstrating familiarity with global pharmaceutical guidelines and engineering standards. - Overseeing site execution, utility equipment installation, and system commissioning. - Managing vendors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project specifications and timelines. - Troubleshooting utility issues and implementing innovative solutions. - Proficiency in sizing and selecting utility equipment. - Developing and implementing strategies aligned with ESG goals and promoting environmental stewardship. - Assessing and mitigating risks related to climate change and reducing emissions across operations. - Integrating renewable energy technologies and optimizing energy efficiency. - Designing and managing water treatment and monitoring systems. - Collecting, interpreting, and presenting ESG-related data for decision-making. Your educational qualification should be BE-Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and you should possess technical skills in troubleshooting utility issues, energy-efficient systems, and sustainability practices. You should have a deep understanding of utility systems and experience in IQ/OQ/PQ protocols. Additionally, familiarity with AutoCAD, SAP/ERP systems, and BMS/EMS systems will be beneficial. With 15 to 18 years of experience, you should exhibit good communication skills in English, be a collaborative team player, have a growth mindset, and a positive approach.
