Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Selling firefighting and security products through the sales team.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
Generating leads, proactively following up, convincing clients, and ensuring successful conversion.
Ensuring adherence to all sales processes and company requirements.
Demonstrating strong presentation abilities and effective sales closing skills.
Maintaining and updating daily sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4--5 years of work experience in a direct sales profile.
Minimum 1--2 years of team handling experience.
Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
