Designation: Team Lead Location: 15th Floor, Tower-8, M/s Laxmi Infobahn One Pvt. Ltd, Sy.No. 89 (P), Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana- 500075, India Work Schedule : 24/7 Operations and Rotational Shifts Working Mode: Initial first 3-months its mandatory to work from office and the duration may vary as well. After that it would be Hybrid Model. Key Roles and Responsibilities Modifying, revising and creating pitchbooks and documents in PowerPoint and Word and transforming drafts to Client-ready Presentations adhering to Style guide provided by client Ensuring all work is completed as per the instructions specified and as per the clients expectations Adhering to estimates and deadlines for completion of job Operate as per the defined workflow processes and standard Operating procedures Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking and follow proper document management system Functional Maintain organizational and client confidentiality Positive attitude and excellent eye for details Good verbal and written English communication skills Take ownership of ones roles and responsibilities Professional approach to problem solving and task completion Ability to work without close supervision Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekend shifts) Adhere to Clients compliance and business etiquettes Key Skills Previous Workflow Coordinator experience is essential. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Professional approach to problem solving and task completion. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and work without close supervision. Ability to work as a team, supporting internal and offshore teams. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekend shifts). Adhering to Clients compliance and business etiquettes. Desired skill set: MS Office Applications. 1. Must have extensive knowledge in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 2. A theoretical knowledge of graphics applications (Illustrator and Photoshop) would be an advantage.
