Role & responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Conduct training sessions to build team capabilities and ensure adherence to best practices in sales. Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 2+ of experience in handling BPO sales process teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
