Team Lead – Bench Sales Recruiter


Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor a team of Bench Sales Recruiters to meet placement goals.
  • Manage the entire bench sales cycle — from sourcing requirements to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Train recruiters on negotiation strategies, job marketing, and vendor management.
  • Review daily performance metrics and share updates with management.
  • Identify new business opportunities to grow bench sales revenue.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in

    US IT Bench Sales Recruitment

    .
  • Minimum 1 year of experience

    leading or mentoring

    a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of

    C2C, W2, and Full time

    employment types.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in

    night shifts (US hours)
